Anytime, Anywhere Meditation - Introduction Session

In the midst of modern life—with busy schedules, endless responsibilities, and constant demands—it can sometimes feel difficult to find a moment to pause and reflect. Anytime, Anywhere Meditation is designed to meet you exactly where you are, helping you discover your inner qualities through the activities and rhythms of everyday life.

This Anytime, Anywhere Meditation is designed to accompany the modern living style in our times, where you will be able to discover your inner qualities through your daily activities and busy working schedules. Meditation is not something “spiritual” for certain people or people who have plenty of time; it is a practical skill that can be learned and practiced to serve your everyday life and to connect to your innate well-being. No matter if you are working a 9-to-5 job, raising young children, or you are going through challenging life events, you can learn how to find a moment of stillness in the middle of a crisis, stay connected even if your heart is aching and to move on through life with a sense of okayness.

This 30-minute introduction session is an open invitation to anyone who is interested in learning meditation in a fresh way or simply drop in and discover more about it. During this session, you will explore more about what AAM is and how it works; you will have a taste of it through a short guided meditation; and at the end of the session you will have time to reflect and ask questions.
